Everett’s Archive is the photography portfolio and print website of Everett Miles, based in Northern Beaches, Sydney, Australia. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to your use.

Photographs, branding, written content and the website presentation are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Except for the personal sharing allowed for sports collections below, you may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes but must not reproduce, republish, redistribute, commercially use, license, sell or modify its photographs or content unless Everett’s Archive gives you permission.

Buying a physical print does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction or commercial-use rights in the photograph.

The Latest Sports Photos page may send you to an external Dropbox collection for viewing or downloading. Players and people shown in a collection may download and share the photographs on their own personal social-media accounts. Credit to Everett’s Archive or @everett.archive is appreciated, but not required. Downloading does not transfer copyright ownership.

Unless Everett’s Archive gives explicit permission, sports photographs may not be used for paid advertising, commercial brand campaigns, business sponsorship or promotion, resale, licensing to others, monetised commercial use, or any use where money is made from the image or its commercial use.

Each print listing identifies the available sizes, current price, paper, border, presentation and availability. Prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars. The final amount is confirmed before payment on Stripe Checkout. Automated checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in Australia only; international and custom requests can be made through Contact.

Prints are individually produced to order in Sydney, Australia. Available sizes may differ between photographs. Online purchases are currently unframed; a framed option can be discussed before ordering, subject to availability and separate pricing.

Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is recorded as paid only after Stripe confirms successful payment. Orders remain subject to the listed print being available and Everett’s Archive being able to fulfil it. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, Everett’s Archive will contact the customer and provide an appropriate remedy.

Please check the selected photograph, print size, email and shipping address before completing payment.

Care is taken to represent each photograph accurately, but screens differ in brightness, colour and calibration. Materials and the printing process can also make a physical print appear slightly different from an on-screen image. This does not excuse a print that is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

The Shipping & Returns page explains the current order-support process. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, remedies, guarantees or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Dropbox, Stripe, Instagram, TikTok and other linked websites are operated by third parties. Everett’s Archive does not control their availability, content, terms or privacy practices. A link does not imply responsibility for everything available through that service.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website, print and pricing information current. The website may be corrected, updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control. If an error affects a submitted order, Everett’s Archive will contact the customer rather than silently substituting a different product or price.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any law that applies regardless of that choice. Questions can be sent to everettsarchive@icloud.com.
